The studio’s practice

BlackSign Studio is an independent practice. Its work includes digital solutions, business analysis, document preparation and project coordination.

The scope of each engagement and the people carrying out the work depend on the subject and the applicable requirements. Where an activity requires professional authorization, bar membership or specific powers, it is carried out by someone with the necessary standing. Their involvement is agreed with the client.

In-person meetings are by appointment. The time and venue are confirmed separately. The postal address is listed under Owner and contact details.

Starting an engagement

An initial message is an opportunity to discuss what you have in mind and how we might work together. Opening WhatsApp or Instagram does not place an order, reserve time or commit you to paying for a service.

Before work starts, we agree the scope, intended outcome, price including applicable taxes, timing, payment, delivery, rights in the work and the involvement of other specialists. For ongoing support, we also agree the level of service, how to get in touch and how the engagement can end.

When a consumer contract is concluded at a distance, the consumer receives information about the provider, service, total price and terms of performance, as well as the right to withdraw and how to exercise it. Confirmation is supplied in a form the consumer can keep.

For a distance service contract, the general withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the date the contract is concluded, subject to statutory exceptions. Starting a paid service within that period requires a separate express request from the consumer. Once the service has been fully performed, the right to withdraw can be lost only if the statutory conditions have been met. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Involving specialists

Where a project calls for additional expertise or a team, the participants’ roles, scope and responsibilities are agreed in advance. A link introduces a specialist or organization. Any specific engagement requires a separate agreement.

Before representing a client, we check the necessary authority and the requirements of the procedure. The scope of the engagement distinguishes between preparing materials, carrying out analysis and performing activities reserved to a person with a specific professional qualification.

The services and case studies illustrate the studio’s approach. Legal and tax conclusions for a particular matter require a review of its circumstances and documents. Nothing on the site guarantees a decision by a public authority or the actions of an independent third party.

Enquiries and complaints

For questions about an engagement or to make a complaint, email info@blacksign.studio, call +34 644 987 176, use the agreed communication channel or write to the postal address listed above. Describe the matter, identify the project and tell us how you would like to receive a reply.

Complaints are acknowledged in writing with a reference that can be kept and retrieved. Consumer complaints are addressed as soon as possible and within 15 days of submission. Personal data requests are answered within the periods set out in the data protection notice.

If a consumer dispute remains unresolved, the consumer may contact the competent consumer authority, use an alternative dispute resolution body provided for by law or go to court. These terms do not limit mandatory legal protections or the consumer’s right to the jurisdiction provided by law.
