Content
Purpose of the website
The website introduces BlackSign Studio’s services, projects, approach and ways of working together. Viewing material does not place an order or replace an agreement on the terms of a particular engagement.
The site has no order form, payment facility or client account. Visitors can get in touch through WhatsApp, Instagram or email. Project terms are agreed separately in a form that can be retained.
Each solution is described in the context of its project. Whether it suits another situation depends on the circumstances, documents and applicable requirements. Visitors and consumers retain their mandatory rights.
Materials and rights
Applicable law governs rights in the site’s original texts, composition and other protected elements. Third-party images, fonts, marks and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Materials may be used as permitted by law or the applicable license. If you would like to use the studio’s material in your own project, please get in touch to discuss the terms.
If you believe material affects your rights, send the page address and identify the element you would like reviewed. Please provide enough detail to locate it and understand the basis of your claim.
Links and map
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, specialists’ sites and other resources open external services. Their owners determine the content, access terms and how personal data is processed.
The area map in the meeting section is hosted with the site and uses data from OpenStreetMap contributors. Viewing it does not load an embedded Google map. Selecting the link opens Google Maps for location details and directions.
The map is a guide. Check current routes, entrance accessibility and opening hours in the external map or on the venue’s website. Meeting times and locations are confirmed in advance.
Cookies and technical information
The site’s own code does not set cookies, save data in localStorage or sessionStorage, or use advertising pixels or embedded analytics. Images, fonts and the area map are served from the site’s own files.
Delivering a page still requires the hosting provider to process the technical request. Infrastructure security measures and technical logs are part of the provider’s operations. Its role and terms are set out in the data protection notice.
Opening an external service such as WhatsApp, Instagram or Google Maps is subject to that service’s rules, including its own cookie settings. Following such a link does not constitute consent to additional technologies on the studio’s website.
If the site introduces cookies or similar technologies that require consent, they may be activated only after information has been provided and the visitor has made a choice. Refusing or withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it. Strictly necessary technologies are considered separately according to their actual purpose.
Version and updates
Last reviewed on November 2, 2026. This document brings together the studio’s contact details, terms of engagement, personal data policy and website terms of use.
The information is updated if the studio’s details, site features or data handling practices change. Where a change requires fresh consent or separate notice, publishing an updated version alone does not meet that requirement.
The short summaries give the essential information. The full document contains all sections and can be saved. If you spot an error or would like clarification, write to info@blacksign.studio. Terms of individual contracts are agreed separately and do not change automatically when the site is updated.
